Early Years Education [EYE] Provision
We are registered with Hampshire County Council (Services For Young Children) [HCC SfYC] to provide Early Years Education to those eligible children in the term after the child's third birthday.
Currently HCC SfYC offer 15 hours maximum per week (maximum of 10 hours in one day; 12.5 hours over 2 days).
Free entitlement is offered during the Hampshire School Term only.
Proof of a child's date of birth (birth certificate) is required.
Fees are payable to the setting for any addtional hours to the free 15 hour entitlement at £5.50 per hour.
Additional charges of £2.50 per cooked meal (like lunch) and £1.50 per non-cooked meal (like breakfast or tea) apply throughout.

are 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th September 2011
These dates are NOT eligible for EYE provision claims.
Important - the children's entitlement is 190 days each year, the Hampshire School Year for 2011-2012 covers 194 days (because of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee). The fifth closure date falls in Half Term
Data on each child is held in accordance with our registration as data providers with the Information Commissioner's Office and is used only for that purpose. All HCC SfYC forms are forwarded to HCC SfYC for their purposes and is held electronically. No other information is disseminated or distributed to any third party for any purpose and is held securely at our premises.
