Q: Who are the Fareham Childminders Group?
A: We are a registered charity and a group of NCMA Registered
Childminders who want to improve the lives and quality of all Registered
Childminders in Fareham.
Q: Who organises the Fareham Childminders
Group?
A: The group is organised by volunteer members on behalf of all the
group childminders in Fareham. If you want to get involved
contact us here.
Q: Who can join the group?
A: Any NCMA Registered Childminder can choose to join the group
here.
Q: How do I join the group?
A: At your NCMA renewal just select the option to become a group member.
You will pay a small subscription fee but most of this is deducted from
your insurance costs. You can
download a form here from NCMA.
Q: What are the benefits to joining the
group?
A: Your insurance through NCMA is reduced when electing to be a group
member. You have the opportunity to participate in all of the
activities, event and outings arranged by the group members.
Q: What sort of events are arranged?
A: We are currently considering planning a fun day out in the summer. A
Christmas party for the childminded children. An outing to the Christmas
Pantomime at the Mayflower Theatre in Southampton. We are always open to
ideas and would love any member to suggest or organise an event for the
other members.
